Attn: The Roscongress Foundation; Re: The Russia-Africa Summit
11th July, 2023
Dear Sirs,
As the Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg approaches, we wish to thank the Russian Federation for its continuing friendship, a friendship free of coercion, towards the peoples of Africa in our ongoing struggle for economic autonomy and prosperity.
Our pan-African team is disseminating a new indigenous film, RETALIATION (2023), which was produced in Kenya and shot in Uganda, with pan-African support. The film highlights the local peoples’ righteous struggle to achieve justice in the face of Western exploitation and under the shadow of Anglo-Saxon corruption. RETALIATION lionizes the African working man as a defender of his family, tribe, and culture.
In a recent NATION editorial, Ambassador Dmitry Maksimychev said that “the old world order based on a neocolonial system” is “crumbling in agony” in the face of “a new paradigm .. for international cooperation free of anybody’s diktat”. In the wake of recent sanctions & threats leveled at Uganda & all of Africa by the West for refusing to accept the propaganda of perversion, these words ring truer than ever in African ears.
Participants know that the West ever-increasingly coerces Africans to accept a vicious spiral of humiliations, including poisoned vaccines, sodomy propaganda, chemical and surgical abortions, currency devaluation, and ongoing economic subjugation.
This satanic pressure to normalize sexual perversion or face sanctions is only the latest and most egregious assault on our traditional African family values.
For this reason, and as a gesture of reciprocated friendship, our team wishes to offer our film RETALIATION (2023) to your embassies and consulates, which are hereby licensed to watch, share, translate, and disseminate our film in any and all noncommercial venues worldwide.
